Terms and conditions
Last revised · August 2026
1 · Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the services provided by Treyam Technologies (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”) you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (“Terms”). If you disagree with any part of them, do not use the service.
These Terms apply to everyone who accesses or uses our site, software, cloud infrastructure and robotics engineering work — visitors, users and clients alike.
2 · Intellectual property
The service and its original content, features, functionality and underlying technical assets are and remain the property of Treyam and its licensors. They are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws, in India and elsewhere.
Pre-existing engineering assets
Unless a signed master service agreement (MSA) states otherwise, Treyam retains the intellectual property rights in pre-existing algorithms, robotics firmware, machine learning models and core system architectures used during a client implementation. Client ownership covers the final tailored deliverable and the output data it produces.
3 · Service provision
Treyam provides IT engineering, machine learning integration and cloud architecture work. The parameters, timelines, deliverables and commercial terms of any implementation are governed by a separate, mutually executed master service agreement (MSA) and its associated statements of work (SOW).
Where these general Terms conflict with an active MSA, the MSA prevails for that project or engagement. We may modify, suspend or discontinue the general service, or any part of it, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice.
4 · Limitation of liability
Treyam Technologies, and its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers and affiliates, are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill or other intangible losses.
This limitation applies whether the claim is based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, and whether or not we were informed that such damage was possible. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid to Treyam under the statement of work that gave rise to the claim.
5 · Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Karnataka, India, without regard to conflict of law provisions. A failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms is not a waiver of that right. If a court holds any provision invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
